Houston BMW Dealers to Support

Front-Line Workers with Meals for a Week

Thanks to your local BMW dealers, first responders, and health care workers at local hospitals from The Woodlands to Clear Lake didn’t have to worry about where their next meal was coming from during the period of Monday, May 4, 2020 to Saturday, May 9, 2020. During that week, Houston BMW dealers donated 2,000 meals from Chick-fil-A to the heroes working in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic to keep us safe.

Momentum BMW Southwest delivered over 300 Chick-fil-A meals to the COVID-19 frontline workers at Memorial Hermann Hospital Southwest on May 5th, 2020.

“We are not only a big company that sells a bunch of cars,” says Tommy Kuranoff, General Manager. “We live in Houston too. Many times people want to see us as corporate America, but inside this big building are hundreds of people who live here, send their kids to school here, etc. It’s important to us that people know we support those around us. We want to contribute to our community in a positive, lasting way.”

BMW Regional Marketing Manager, Curtis Snyder, says of the initiative: “As a community partner, we are fully engaged to ensure that as many first responders as possible in our Houston hospitals don’t go without a meal. We at BMW want to help where we can for those true heroes helping our community.”
