Currently the Assistant Program Director for the Emergency Medicine Residency at BCM, Sara helps recruit, mentor, and train the next generation of Emergency Medicine Physicians. During the past year, Sara has been on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic taking care of some of the city’s most vulnerable patients. In addition to her clinical work in the Emergency Department, she has helped lead the COVID response within her department as well as nationally via media outreach. When she is not taking care of patients in the Emergency Department, you can find her on local and national news educating the public on various healthcare topics. She has committed her career to helping people and inspiring others to do the same.
Gule and Dr. Sara Andrabi have devoted themselves, their time, and their expertise to diverse areas of the Houston community providing crucial services to those in need.
It is for all the reasons mentioned above, and many more, that Gule and Dr. Sara Andrabi have been named a Top 20 Mother Daughter Impact Maker for 2022.
