This is our one year anniversary, and I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued  support. We hope you will take pride in knowing that your loyalty enables us to make this world a better place.

One year ago, CKW Luxe was subscription-only. We have now expanded our distribution to hundreds of locations, and our magazine is for sale in many stores and on many newsstands. We will continue our mission of great storytelling and spreading the message of love, hope, and positivity. Houston is such a philanthropic and educated city, and I hope to create a magazine that makes all of you proud.

Not only are the letters CKW my initials, they also stand for the magazine’s main precepts: Caring, Kindness, and Wisdom. These three tenets permeate the nature of the articles encouraging us all to care for our fellow man, treat everyone with kindness, and be wise in our understanding of others.

We are very excited to announce our first annual CKW Luxe Star Awards honorees. Every single one of them is truly inspirational and amazing. Together, we can make a difference in the world.

The exciting news continues. In our next issue, our editors will bring in different experts from their fields to expand content. We will continue improving and striving to be your favorite magazine.
