You Are Invited to Celebrate Interfaith Ministries at Its Annual Tapestry Gala

The Hilton Americas – Houston will welcome Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston’s (Interfaith Ministries) Tapestry Gala on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.. To be cochaired by Karen and Jay Harberg and Tehmina and Dr. Faisal Masud, the event will celebrate dialogue, collaboration, and service. Brigitte and Bashar Kalai will be the honorary chairs. Susan and Dan Boggio will be the evening’s honorees, and the Spirit of Respect award will be presented to Pastors Juanita and Rudy Rasmus of St. John’s United Methodist Church.
For over 60 years, the organization has brought together people of diverse backgrounds to serve Greater Houston. Interfaith Ministries embodies the strength of shared beliefs through Meals on Wheels for Greater Houston and Galveston County/Animeals, Refugee Services, Interfaith Relations and Community Partnerships, and Volunteer Houston and SERVE HOUSTON through the Vic Samuels Center for Volunteerism and Civic Service.
Guests and supporters are invited to attend the annual event and help celebrate the many accomplishments of Interfaith Ministries by Interfaith Ministries President and CEO, Martin B. Cominsky, and Board Chair, Randall Evans. Individual tickets can be purchased for $500 and VIP tickets are $1,000. Sponsorships can be purchased for the following levels and amounts: Bronze Weaver, $5,000; Silver Weaver, $10,000; Gold Weaver, $15,000; Platinum Weaver, $25,000; Titanium Weaver, $50,000; and Palladium Weaver, $100,000.
